Customer Loyalty Analytics is a Brand Analytics dashboard that segments a brand's Amazon customers by purchase recency, frequency, and spend. It has a Brand view (aggregate) and a Segment view (drill-down), and is the primary source for the repeat-purchase data used in LACoS (Lifetime ACOS) and Lifetime TACOS.
Seller Central hamburger menu → Brands → Brand Analytics → Customer Loyalty Analytics. Set a longer time range and review the segment pie chart to see the distribution across the four customer segments — see Customer Loyalty Segments (Top Tier / Promising / At Risk / Hibernating).
The dashboard also surfaces the average repeat purchase interval, used in Sponsored Display Remarketing Look-Back Window Testing.
Drilling into any segment inside the dashboard opens a forecast view: last year's actual sales for that segment plotted against Amazon's predicted sales for the coming year, labeled growth or decline.
Apply: Check whether Top Tier customers are forecasted to grow or decline. A declining Top Tier means the segment looks healthy today but is quietly eroding — treat it as a retention emergency and route sponsored display purchase retargeting and segment-targeted promotions (see Customer Loyalty Segments (Top Tier / Promising / At Risk / Hibernating)) at it before the decline shows up in top-line sales.
