Amazon A+ Content modules should be built from images that do not appear in the listing's main image gallery. The rationale: anyone scrolling far enough to see A+ content has already viewed the entire main image stack above the fold (see Above the Fold / Below the Fold), so reusing those images in A+ content wastes an opportunity to show something new and add incremental persuasive information.
Practicaly: source or shoot dedicated A+ imagery distinct from the main gallery rather than recycling hero/secondary images downward into A+ modules.
