The Customer Reviews page, available to brand-registered sellers in Seller Central, lists all of a product's customer reviews and lets sellers filter to 1, 2, and 3-star ratings. It is a channel for direct, non-incentivized outreach to unhappy buyers: sellers can message a low-star reviewer with an apology, a refund, or a replacement offer to resolve the underlying issue.
The compliance boundary is strict — a seller may never ask a buyer to change or remove a review, or offer any incentive tied to changing it; the message can only address the buyer's actual complaint. Despite that constraint, the presenter in the sourcing video claims roughly 10–20% of contacted one-star reviewers voluntarily update their review to four or five stars after being reached out to, and recommends contacting them as soon as possible after the review posts. Sellerise's Review Puncher automates this step by sending custom rule-based messages to 1–3 star reviewers. This is a distinct mechanism from Seller Central Manual Review Requests (requesting a review from a buyer who hasn't left one) and from the removal-based tactics in Amazon Review Guideline Violation Reporting.
